Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Sea Fish Industry (Coronavirus) (Fixed Costs) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 and come into operation on the day after which they are affirmed by resolution of the Assembly.

(2)

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 19543 applies to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
