Amendment of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 202144.

After regulation 13(2)(a) insert—

“(aa)

where the overnight stay is in a campsite or caravan park which is exempt from closure under paragraph 1(6) of Schedule 1;

(ab)

where the stay is in a privately owned holiday home, or in a caravan or motorhome not on a campsite or caravan park, provided that it is occupied by no more than one household or one bubble.”.
