The Children (Secure Accommodation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 19966.

The Children (Secure Accommodation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996 M1 shall apply subject to the modifications in paragraph (2).

Regulation 10 (appointment of persons to review placement in secure accommodation in an authority home) shall apply as if in paragraph (1)—
