The Social Security (Coronavirus) (Further Measures) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 70(8), 122(1)(d), 129A(2), 167D, 167G(2) and 171(1) and (3) to (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 M1, Articles 2(2), 8(4), 8E(5), 8F(1), 9(4) and 36(2) of the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 M2 and Articles 5, 14(2), 23(5), 27(2), 43(6), 48(1), (2) and (4) of, and paragraph 4(4) of Schedule 1, to the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 M3.

Those powers are exercisable by the Secretary of State by virtue of Article 4(1) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 M4.
