Section 131(2)(b)(ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) of the Act comes into force on 1 April 2026 subject to the modification in paragraph (2) which applies during the period beginning with 1 April 2026 and ending with 31 July 2026.

Section 131(2)(b) of the Act, in so far as it relates to sub-paragraphs (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v), has effect as if the reference to “a registered provider” was a reference to “a regulated institution”.
