Section 110 of the Act (financial support directions) comes into force on 1 April 2026 subject to the modifications in paragraphs (2) and (3) which apply during the period beginning with 1 April 2026 and ending immediately before the coming into force in full of paragraph 6(3)(c) of Schedule 4 to the Act.
(2)
Section 110(3) has effect as if after “104 or 105”
there were inserted
.“of this Act or section 65 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992”

Section 110(4)(b) has effect as if after “104 or 105(2)”
there were inserted
.“of this Act or section 65 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992”
