Provisions coming into force on 5 April 2025 subject to transitory provisions4.

(1)

Section 81(3)(a) of the Act comes into force on 5 April 2025 subject to the modification set out in paragraph (2), which applies during the period beginning with 5 April 2025 and ending with 31 July 2026.

(2)

Section 81(3)(a) has effect as if the reference to registered provider were to regulated institution.
