Provisions relating to health care4.

The following provisions of the Act come into force on 1 January 2026—

(a)

section 24 (direct payments for health care), and

(b)

paragraphs 1 to 3 and 5 to 6 of Schedule 2, and section 25 (direct payments for health care: minor and consequential amendments) in so far as it relates to those paragraphs.
