In paragraph 1(2)(b) of Schedule 2 to the Developments of National Significance (Wales) Regulations 20164, for “regulation 3(1) of the Ancient Monuments (Applications for Scheduled Monument Consent) (Wales) Regulations 2017” substitute “regulation 2 of the Applications for Scheduled Monument Consent (Wales) Regulations 2024”.
