In regulation 3(1)—
(a)
omit the definition of “the 2012 Regulations”;
(b)
““the 2024 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 2024”) means the Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Procedure and Interest Rate) (Wales) Regulations 2024;”;
(c)
in the definition of “full statement of case”, for sub-paragraph (a)(ii) substitute “regulation 2(1) of the 2024 Regulations;”

(d)
in the definition of “referred application”, for “an application which is deemed to have been referred to the Welsh Ministers by virtue of regulation 9(3) of the 2012 Regulations” substitute “an application by a local planning authority which is made under regulation 19(2) of the 2024 Regulations”
