Variation of applications after notice of appeal17.
(1)
An application for listed building consent to which an appeal relates may be varied in order to correct an inconsistency between the information in the application and any of the documents which accompany it, but this is subject to paragraph (2).
(2)
The application may not be varied if it changes the substance of the application.
