in sub-paragraph (1), for “section 2(3) of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979” substitute “section 13 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023”

in both places it occurs;

In this paragraph, “scheduled monument” has the meaning given to it in section 3(7) of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023 and “scheduled monument consent” is to be construed in accordance with section 13 of that Act.”
