Provisions coming into force on 1 August 2024 subject to transitory provisions9.

Section 135(3) of the Act comes into force on 1 August 2024 subject to the modification set out in paragraph (2) which applies during the period beginning with 1 August 2024 and ending with 31 July 2026.

(2)

Section 135(3) has effect as if both references to “a registered provider” were references to “a regulated institution”.
