Review of requirements18.

The Welsh Ministers must review the need for the requirements imposed by these Regulations, and whether those requirements are proportionate to what the Welsh Ministers seek to achieve by them—

(a)

at least once in the period of 28 days beginning with 11 February 2022;

(b)

at least once in each subsequent period of 28 days.

Expiry of Regulations19.

(1)

These Regulations expire at the end of 31 May 2022.

(2)

The expiry of these Regulations does not affect the validity of anything done pursuant to these Regulations before they expire.
