In Schedule 3 (exempt countries and territories outside the common travel area)—

(a)

in Part 1, at the appropriate places insert—

Malta”;

(b)

in Part 2, at the appropriate places insert—

“Anguilla

Antarctica/British Antarctic Territory

British Indian Ocean Territory

Turks and Caicos Islands”.
