Amendment of the Head Teacher’s Report to Parents and Adult Pupils (Wales) Regulations 20113.

After regulation 1A of the Head Teacher’s Report to Parents and Adult Pupils (Wales) Regulations 20117 insert—

“Modification of duties for school year 2020-20211B.

The duty imposed on a head teacher by regulation 3(3) in respect of the 2020-2021 school year8is to be treated as discharged if the head teacher has used reasonable endeavours to discharge the duty.”
