Amendment of the School Governors’ Annual Reports (Wales) Regulations 20112.
(1)
The School Governors’ Annual Reports (Wales) Regulations 20115 are amended as follows.

After regulation 1A insert—
“Disapplication of certain requirements for the 2020-2021 school year1B.
The information specified in paragraphs 6, 7 and 8(b) of Schedule 2 and relating to the 2020-2021 school year6 must not be included in any governors’ report.”
(3)
In regulation 5(2)(a), after “Schedule 2” insert “(unless such information is not required by virtue of regulation 1B)”.
