Title and coming into force1.

The title of these Regulations is the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (No. 5) (Wales) (Amendment) (No. 8) Regulations 2021.

These Regulations, apart from this regulation and paragraphs (1), (15)(a)(i) and (ii), (15)(b)(i) and (15)(f) of regulation 2, come into force immediately before the start of the day on 26 April 2021.

This regulation and paragraphs (1), (15)(a)(i) and (ii), and (15)(b)(i) of regulation 2 come into force on 24 April 2021.
(4)
Paragraph (15)(f) of regulation 2 comes into force at 6.00 a.m. on 26 April 2021.
