PART 1General
Title, commencement and application1.

The title of these Regulations is the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel, Pre-Departure Testing and Operator Liability) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

These Regulations come into force at 4.00 a.m. on 18 January 2021.

These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
Interpretation2.
In these Regulations—
“common travel area” (“ardal deithio gyffredin”) has the meaning given in section 1(3) of the Immigration Act 1971 M1;
“the International Travel Regulations” (“y Rheoliadau Teithio Rhyngwladol”) means the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Wales) Regulations 2020 M2.
