Legislation – The Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2021

Sections 40 to 44 of the Act come into force on 1 September 2021 in relation to a child who on 1 September 2021 is not over compulsory school age.
