Schedule 3A (countries and territories subject to additional measures) is amended as follows.
(2)
Omit the entries for “Republic of Mauritius” and “Portugal”.
(3)
In the appropriate places insert—
“Ethiopia”
“Oman”
“Qatar”
“Somalia”.
