Amendments to regulation 2A4.

(1)

Regulation 2A (exemptions for vaccinated travellers and others) is amended as follows.

omit sub-paragraph (b);

(b)

omit sub-paragraph (ba);

(c)

in sub-paragraph (c)—

(i)

after paragraph (ii) insert—

“(iia)

a certificate of COVID-19 records issued by an approved third country or territory;

(iib)

a North American Certificate;”;

(ii)

at the end, insert “and”;

(d)

omit sub-paragraph (ca).

at the end of sub-paragraph (b), insert “and”;

(b)

where P has received at least two doses of any of the vaccines referred to in sub-paragraph (d) of the definition of “authorised vaccine”, P is deemed to have completed a course of doses of an authorised vaccine.”
