Amendments to regulation 2A4.

(1)

Regulation 2A (exemptions for vaccinated travellers and others) is amended as follows.

in sub-paragraph (c)—

(i)

after paragraph (ii) insert—

“(iia)

a certificate of COVID-19 records issued by an approved third country or territory;

a North American Certificate;”;

(ii)

at the end, insert “and”;

(d)

omit sub-paragraph (ca).
