The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 94 and 95(5) of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 20001.

2000 c. 37. The powers of the National Assembly for Wales under section 94 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 were transferred to the Welsh Ministers by section 162 of, and paragraph 30 of Schedule 11 to, the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c. 32).
