Interpretation3.

In regulation 1(3) (title, commencement, application and interpretation), at the appropriate places insert—

““Care Quality Commission” (“y Comisiwn Ansawdd Gofal”) means the body established under section 1 of the Health and Social Care Act 20084;”;

““coronavirus” (“coronafeirws”) means severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2);”.
