Yn y Rhan hon, mae cyfeiriadau at “mangre” yn gyfeiriadau at fangre busnes neu wasanaeth—

(a)

sydd yng Nghymru, a

(b)

y mae gan y cyhoedd fynediad iddi neu y caniateir i’r cyhoedd gael mynediad iddi, pa un ai drwy dalu neu fel arall.
