The Employment Rights Act 2025 (Commencement No.1 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Regulations 202610 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2, omit paragraph (10)(c).

In regulation 2(13)(b)—

after “sections 104I” substitute “and”
for “,”;
(b)
omit “and 104K(6)(d)”.
