Disclosure of ADR information9.
When exercising the function of publishing information for the purpose of providing information to consumers under section 305(2) of the Act, the CTSI must—
(a)
include the information in Schedule 2 in respect of—
(i)
each accredited ADR provider; and
(ii)
each exempt ADR provider6; and
(b)
publish such information on its website.
