Citation, commencement and extent1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (Alternative Dispute Resolution) (Conferral of Functions) Regulations 2026.

These Regulations come into force on 6th April 2026.

(3)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
