The following Orders continue to have effect despite the substitution of section 29 of the PCPA 2004 by Schedule 7 to the Act—

A joint committee constituted under an Order saved by paragraph 1 is to be treated as if it were a joint committee constituted by Regulations made by the Secretary of State under section 15J of the PCPA 2004.
