(1)

Regulation 39 (members’ contributions: supplementary: dental practitioners)43 is amended as follows.

(2)

In paragraph (3)(b), for “additional” substitute “reduced”.

In paragraph (4), after “in the circumstances” insert “(including amounts equal to reduced pensionable earnings that M is treated as having received during an absence from work (see regulation 28))”.
