Amendment of the Welfare Reform Act 20123.

(1)

The Welfare Reform Act 20124 is amended as follows.

In section 77(4) (personal independence payment), after “they are entitled to”, insert “Scottish adult disability living allowance,”.

In section 95 (interpretation of Part 4), after the definition of “prescribed”, insert—

“;

“Scottish adult disability living allowance” means disability assistance given in accordance with the Disability Assistance (Scottish Adult Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 2025.”.
