Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 93(4B) of the Police Act 19971 and section 19(1) of, and paragraphs 1(2), (3) and (4) and 3(1)(a) of Schedule 11 to, the Air Traffic Management and Unmanned Aircraft Act 20212.

In accordance with section 93(4C) of the Police Act 1997 and section 19(3) of the Air Traffic Management and Unmanned Aircraft Act 2021, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
