PART 6Funding
Funding, including levy funding24.
(1)
Subject to paragraph (3), the constituent councils must ensure that the costs of the Combined County Authority reasonably attributable to the exercise of its functions are met.
(2)
Any amount payable by each of the constituent councils is to be determined by apportioning the costs of the Combined County Authority referred to in paragraph (1) between the constituent councils in such proportions as they may agree or, in default of such agreement, in the following shares between the constituent councils—

Lancashire – 2/3;

Blackpool – 1/6;

Blackburn with Darwen – 1/6.
