Explanatory note

Citation, commencement and extent1.

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Isle of Man) (Amendment) Order 2025.

(2)

This Order comes into force on such day or days as the Minister for the Treasury (a Department of the Government of the Isle of Man)4 may by order appoint.

(3)

This Order extends to the Isle of Man.

(4)

Section 34 of the Legislation Act 20155 (Tynwald procedure: laying only) applies to an order under paragraph (2).
