Citation and interpretation1.
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023 (Commencement No. 11 and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2025.
(2)
In these Regulations—
(a)
“the Act” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023;
(b)
“the EU Prospectus Regulation 2017” means Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market, and repealing Directive 2003/71/EC2;
(c)
“the Organisational Requirements Regulation” means Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/565 of 25 April 2016 supplementing Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards organisational requirements and operating conditions for investment firms and defined terms for the purposes of that Directive3.
