Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (Designation of Local Authorities and Police Area Returning Officers) (Amendment) Order 2024.

This Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

In this Order “the 2024 Order” means the Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (Designation of Local Authorities and Police Area Returning Officers) Order 20243.
