The Redundancy Payments (Continuity of Employment in Local Government, etc) (Modification) Order 199990 is modified as follows.

For paragraph 2 of Section 6 of Schedule 1 (Employment to which this Order Applies: Employers Immediately Before the Relevant Event), substitute—

“2.

The Combined Authority in relation to employees deployed wholly or partly in relation to the Mayor’s PCC functions.”.
