Preservation of entries7.
The proprietor of a school must ensure that—
(a)
every entry in the school’s admission and attendance register is preserved for six years beginning with the day on which the entry was made; and
(b)
every back-up copy of the register made in accordance with regulation 5(3) is preserved for six years after the end of the school year that it relates to.
