PART 1Introductory

Citation, commencement and extent1.

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Insurance and Reinsurance Undertakings (Prudential Requirements) (Amendment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2024.

(2)

These Regulations come into force—

(a)

for the purposes of regulation 7C of the Insurance and Reinsurance Undertakings (Prudential Requirements) Regulations 2023 (power of PRA to make rules)3 and regulation 11 (amendments to the Companies Act 2006) on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made; and

(b)

for all other purposes on 31st December 2024.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
