(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 (Commencement No. 7) Regulations 2023.

In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022.

(3)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
