Amendment of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013

The National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 201349 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), omit the definition of “Health Education England”.

(3)

In paragraph 33 (co-operation with Health Education England) of Part 4 of Schedule 4 (terms of service of NHS pharmacists), in each place it occurs, including the heading, for “Health Education England” substitute “NHS England”.
