Revocations and savings16.

Schedule 3 has effect for the purposes of making—

(a)

in Part 1 of that Schedule, consequential revocations of the legislation governing the basic payment scheme11; and

(b)

in Part 2 of that Schedule, a saving of the effect of that legislation for specified purposes.
