PART 4Appeals
Appeals: general11.
(1)
A person (“the appellant”) may appeal against any decision made in respect of that person by the Secretary of State under these Regulations.
(2)
An appeal under paragraph (1) must be—
(a)
submitted to the Secretary of State in writing in such form as the Secretary of State may specify;
(b)
received by the Secretary of State before the end of the period of 60 days beginning on the date on which the notification of the decision being appealed against is given to the appellant by the Secretary of State.
