Extent and interpretation3.
(1)
Subject to paragraphs (2) to (4), these Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
(2)
The specification by regulation 4 of an instrument listed in Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 has the same extent as the instrument to which it relates.
(3)
The specification by regulation 4 of an instrument listed in Part 3 of Schedule 1 extends to Northern Ireland only.
(4)
The revocation by regulation 5 of an instrument or a provision of an instrument listed in Schedule 2 has the same extent as the instrument or provision to which it relates.
(5)
In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 20233.
