Citation, commencement, extent and application1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel and Operator Liability) (England) (Amendment) (No. 9) Regulations 2021.

Save as is provided in paragraphs (3) to (5), these Regulations come into force at 4.00 a.m. on 30th August 2021.

The following regulations come into force at 4.00 a.m. on 28th August 2021—
(a)
this regulation;
(b)
regulation 8(1) and (3);
(c)
regulation 19.
(4)
The following regulations come into force on 21st September 2021—
(a)
regulation 7;
(b)
regulation 8(4);
(c)
regulation 9;
(d)
regulation 10;
(e)
regulation 16(3)(a) and (b);
(f)
regulation 17(3)(a);
(g)
regulation 20(4) and (5)F1…;
(h)
regulation 21.

Regulation 18(3) comes into force on 1st October 2021.
