In Schedule 10 (optional testing after arrival in England)—
(a)
in paragraph 4(b), at the end insert—
“(xiv)
information as to whether or not P has received a vaccine against SARS-CoV-2.”;
(b)
in paragraph 5(6), at the end insert—
“(f)
whether or not P has received a vaccine against SARS-CoV-2.”.
