In Schedule 4—

(a)

in Part 1, for the existing words, substitute “There are no areas within the Step 1 area.”;

(b)

in Part 2, for the existing words, substitute “There are no areas within the Step 2 area.”;

(c)

in Part 3, after “Step 3 area—”, insert—

“Every area of England (including the territorial waters adjacent to England and the airspace above England and those territorial waters).”.
