Amendment of the Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 20052.

Schedule 1 to the Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 2005 (information to be included in the head teacher’s annual report) 2 is amended as follows.

In each of paragraphs 1(d)(i) and (g) after “2019/20” insert “or “2020/21”.

In paragraph 2—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (1) after “2019/20” insert “or 2020/21”;
(b)
in each of sub-paragraphs (2) and (2A) after “studying” insert “unless that report is prepared in the school year 2020/21”.
(4)
In paragraph 3, in the definition of “comparative information”, after “2019/20” insert “or 2020/21”.
