Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (England) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2021.

Subject to paragraphs (3) and (4), these Regulations come into force at 4.00 a.m. on 15th January 2021.

Regulations 2(6)(b) F1… and 4(b) come into force at 4.00 a.m. on 16th January 2021.

Regulation 2(5) comes into force at 4.00 a.m. on 18th January 2021.

In these Regulations, “the International Travel Regulations” means the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (England) Regulations 2020 M1.
