Amendment to regulation 1014.
In regulation 10(3) (self-incrimination)—
(a)
omit the word “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (a);
(b)
at the end insert—
“(c)
an offence under section 1 of the Fraud Act 2006 (fraud) ”.M1
